Commercial Contractor Programs

Honeywell Authorized Controls integrator (ACI) is the top level within the Honeywell WEBs Contractor Program. ACIs serve the complete range of commercial building applications from small to large to multi-location. They are authorized to install and service Honeywell WEBs-AX, SymmetrE™ and XL5000 Lon-based automation systems. Honeywell ACIs are required to maintain commercial volume requirements and have at least two trained and certified technicians on staff to support the product(s) they choose to install. Prior to becoming an ACI contractor, contractors must first become a Building Control Specialist (BCS).

BCS contractors have similar requirements as an ACI, but are only required to have one trained and certified technician on staff. The introductory level, and the first step in becoming a BCS or ACI contractor, is a Honeywell WEBs Contractor.

Honeywell WEBs Contractors do not have any minimum volume requirements, but must still maintain the training requirements of a BCS contractor. Contact your Honeywell Authorized Controls Distributor to learn more about this program.
