At this time all locations are open Monday-Friday with normal business hours.

CE is here to support you with your HVAC equipment, parts and supplies needs. Select showrooms have opened - contact your local branch for more information. We do continue to maintain a contact free transaction to keep you and our employees safe with Pickup Express on our CE HVAC Assist mobile app CLICK TO LEARN MORE. We are fully staffed, providing you with convenient curbside pickup or delivery options. And continue to use our mobile app or website for up to the minute inventory, price checks and placing your orders with ease.

Below are our current store operating procedures.

We appreciate your consideration for the CDC’s guidelines regarding COVID-19:

  • If you have any symptoms of an illness or are positive for COVID-19. Please refraining from entering out store and call into our branch for assistance.
  • Only enter store if you are wearing a mask.
  • Please follow signs in store and observe guidelines for social distancing.

New Options for Customer Service at All Locations:

  • If you know the part# you need or have an order# already - please use the newly created PICKUP EXPRESS COUNTER to place an order or checkout.
  • Only come to the store’s SERVICE COUNTER inside if you need help with:
    finding a part# or cross reference for a part#, equipment application assistance, and returns
  • Advanced orders can be placed online at, using our CE HVAC Assist mobile app, or calling the store or a sales representative.
  • Utilize the curbside pickup spots for orders placed in advanced – follow instructions on signs.
  • Upon arrival, call or text the store to notify you are at the loading area (phone #s below). Unlock/open back hatch and then return inside your vehicle. A store associate will be out to load the product for you.
  • NO CASH TRANSACTIONS - we apologize for this inconvenience. We are only accepting credit cards via phone and online at this time. To open an account, register HERE.
  • We are accepting returns on current, stocked products with original packaging that are within 10 days of date of invoice. Contact your local store or sales rep for more information.
  • No returns on Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) products.
