Free technical support via phone is available to customers Monday-Friday, from 7:30am to 4:30pm EST. Support is provided for Residential Unitary and Rooftop products. Customers will receive a callback to be assigned a case number and if necessary will receive a return call from one of our Customer Assurance Managers. Call back times are generally within 15 to 45 minutes of the initial call. Call back times may be effected by high call volumes during peak seasons, inclement weather, as well as Federal Holidays. Any call not returned the same day will take first priority the follow business day.
In the event your case cannot be resolved by phone we can arrange for an on-site visit with one of our qualified Customer Assurance Managers. This service is for contractors who must have an open account with CE, and covers one (1) site visit for Residential Unitary & Rooftop troubleshooting. The Dealer contractor is responsible for any service related tasks needing to be performed on equipment during the visit.
VRF Start Up Information
To request VRF Assisted Startup please do the following:
Fill out a checklist for each system & control to be started up (listed below).
Save each checklist locally on your computer/phone/tablet as a .pdf file or equal.
Complete the Tech Support Form to the left on this page and attach the checklist(s) and any relevant documents.
As-built piping drawings will be required, attach if completed.
